Phase One

During harvest I collect all relevant information on your brand and industry: via research, questionnaires and 1:1 interviews.

Phase Two

The boiling phase puts this information into context: by first expanding the horizon of benchmarks and references, then compressing them into a unique Manifesto.

Phase Three

Enter the distilling phase: from your tailor-made Manifesto we will extract your inimitable Brand Spirit, (re-) defining communications, purpose and culture design.

Phase Four

During delivery I’ll be there to help you implement your Brand Spirit across the board: through onboarding events, Spirit Sessions and useful guidelines.
